Ceviche in Santa Rosa

“The mango shrimp ceviche is to die for! So delicious: gorgeous pickled onions, the sauce wonderfully spiced... we wanted to drink it. The chicken in the empanadas was moist and flavorful and the empanadas themselves perfectly crispy. The cilantro aioli that comes with the fries was outstanding as was the quinoa yuca burger. Service was quick and friendly.”

“Unexpected find in Santa Rosa. Ceviche mixto with fresh tilapia red onion and balanced acid to heat ratio . Absolutely delicious and perfectly light lunch! Service was quick and efficient. We got in and out within our work lunch break. They've got a deli next door and will have to explore my next visit! Wonderful introduction to Peruvian cuisine.”

All their dishes are exceptional, the fish tacos, chicken wings, all the ceviches, the full meals and empanadas, everything is layered with flavor and thoughtfully plated. I will be going to this restaurant for a long as they are around, hopefully forever! Cannot recommend this place enough, and the staff is great, super friendly and never keeps you waiting. The deli is really good too, all worth the visit every time :)”
